What happened?

after upgrading to latest image from 4.0.0, all invitations start to get deleted, and could not create any new,

i have re configured the plex server connection, users are populated right! meaning connection works great,

but something is wrong with the invitation creation, and no helpful logs for the error!

Bug Description

after upgrading to latest image from 4.0.0, all invitations start to get deleted, and could not create any new,
