Cannot train new utterances on existing app

What is the current behavior?
I have had this app for several years now, and it's working fine. But in the last few days after logging into the app, I saw 2 issues:

• Under "Improve your app", there is never any data. There used to be utterances that I can review but now it just says "No Data"
• And a more important issue is that I am unable to train anything new. Clicking on the Train and Validate button doesn't do anything at all. I can see APIs being called in the network tab with no errors but the training doesn't get started.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

What is the expected behavior?

• UI should show utterances to review
• Train and Validate button should work

I’m also facing the same issue. To add to the original report:

• Train from API using POST /utterance is not working

My app ID is 429053885768129. I hope this can be addressed soon.
