FAQ links to 404 for mailing lists + user list spammed to death

Followup #40. https://www.windowmaker.org/docs/FAQ.html#where-are-the-mailing-lists-and-archives should be updated, since it links to lists.html which is 404. In fact many links in the FAQ appear dead, like {mirrors,documentation,development-cvs}.html

Also, not sure if anyone has noticed that the user list has been completely taken over by spammers in the last week.

The FAQ probably hasn't been updated in 20 years or so and definitely needs some work!

Thanks for the note about the spammers! I hadn't noticed since apparently they all went to my spam folder. I've reported the abuse to Google, so maybe that will help?

I've updated a couple of links in the FAQ (mailing lists and docs), but there's still lots of work to do.
