Want a master links list

[foo]: /foo/bar/baz
[bar]: https://bar.example.com/

Which is implicitly included in every md document.

And we can do the same for wiki articles, but build it implicitly/automatically.

NOTE:

  • want exactly the same thing in Corpus
  • and want autocomplete of these things
