Still not fixed #1032

Windows Xp pro 32 bit sp3 |
Supermium is also available in zip archives for users with issues with the installer (which I still cannot resolve in this case, because it only imports DLLs that should not depend on API sets). |
I got the zip but when I try to open it I get that second error I was getting before |
Install a virtual machine software, install Windows XP on a Virtual Machine and try to install the program in the virtual machine. If it works there, then your OS is problematic, a reinstall would be suggested. |

How about they just fix the errors instead... |
If it only happens to you, then your OS has the problem, then it's you who must fix it. We can't predict what are you using in your system, so if you have any modified system files, then it's obvious that it wouldn't work. Either try my advice or stop opening threads with inappropriate titles/descriptions. |
I tested on more then on computer and the results were the same. Have also heard others complain about the same problem. One reason this happens is the program is tested being on a virtual machine and not a true xp machine when people do that they will always get false results saying that its working on a xp or what have you when its actually not working correctly that is one of the reasons you get so many bug reports. |
Okay, I will test on a REAL Windows XP system with SP3, and I'll post results from that browser RUNNING ON that computer. |
Well I can do the same thing if I want to have that annoying error pop up every time I use the browser and simply for the reason you can do so does not mean every one else can every ones computer is different |
The problem is, I tested this on TWO DIFFERENT computers and it worked without any errors! You still didn't specify your system properties which doesn't help at all. I tested on an Intel Core 2 Duo based desktop and a laptop, both have 4 GB RAM. Unfortunately the XP partition on the laptop was damaged but as far as I remember it didn't give me any error last time when I installed the browser on it. |
It looks okay, have you installed Visual C++ Redistributables from 2005 to 2019? |
Do you have the official version of Windows XP or is it a third-party build? I'm interested in the installation source. Check the integrity of system files. To do this, on the command line (cmd.exe) you need to run: |
Offical as far as I know holograp cd both used the same soruce |
and yes as far I know c++ is installed |
