It depends on the website, this is changed via their stylesheet. An example of changing the scrollbar is like this |

I know a website can impact the style but the same page has a rather different scrollbar in Firefox. I have since updated to Supermium 122 and enabled chrome://flags/#fluent-scrollbars and find this style more comfortable. |
