redo openapi codegen

right now we use openapi-typescript to handle codegen since the revolt api publishes openapi types. ideally, we replace the codegen with proper types so jsr doesn't get pissed by the types. this will require a fair bit of ongoing maintenance but it should hopefully allow for a lighter library
