以下是大概步骤：

集成个推 flutter 插件
在onReceiveClientId中，调用Imclient.setDeviceToken(7, "个推插件返回的cid")，可以使用该cid在个推后台测试
编译、配置、部署 push server getui 分支
当设备不在线时，im-server会调用push-server，然后push-server调用个推进行推送
