Explain exactly what happens, in order from when you run it.

Perhaps try running a pre-built version of the exploit, I've heard good things about http://loadiine.ovh but I personally self-host the package by Kafluke on GBATemp.

Or you can use static payloads without the needs of PHP, apache, etc

@CreeperMario No diff between a pre-built and "build-yourself" exploit.

For now,I cannot test by self-hosting exploit,as my localhost is "dead" for now...

When I load a .mp4,it's always crash...Same when loading from joonie86.github.io

But when using loadiine gx2,no.

Hmm... From what I've heard, if you're having trouble loading MP4 homebrew, clearing your browser data (including bookmarks) might help... or was that with an older browser exploit?
Are you able to successfully launch anything from WiiUBru?

When loading wiiubru it's freeze....

Alright, this appears to be an issue with running the MP4 exploit, file an issue at https://github.com/yellows8/wiiu_browserhax_fright if you want help from the official exploit dev.

I know the problem, and I confirm it too, it's not a problem from the exploit, it's a problem from the server you're trying to load the exploit from.

Probably, that server is far from you, so you don't receive the exploit data as fast as needed (Yes, it matters), that's why using a local host is the best thing.

Also, using Dropbox works too! ;)
Don't try Mediafire BTW...

Try http://loadiine.ovh/

Ask me on GBATemp anything you want, and I'll try to help! My name is AboodXD BTW.
