Define a ground-truth sigmoid with parameter means and variances.
Simulate the observer data from the sigmoid and sampled parameters.
Run psignifit to fit parameters
Compare ground-truth and fitted parameter mean & variance

The matlab version was tested extensively for the paper. We can rely on the matlab results as the gold standard in #61 .
