[Draft] Export Recorded Runs

Requirements:

• Users have the ability to export Recorded Runs to disk

Mockups:

• The first option is to utilize the current 'Export Tale' button in the Tale Action Menu; this can be used to open a modal that could let users decide whether they want to export the Tale, Version, or Run within a version (depending on what we want to support).
• An alternative is to leave the current 'Export Tale' button functionality as is (on the Tale level) and add a row to the dropdown menu on Runs, shown below.

The agreed upon way to do this is to

1. Add a row, 'Export' to the version dropdown list. When this is selected, that particular version is exported
2. Keep the 'Export' option in the main Tale Action Menu. When this is selected, export the latest version. Create one if one hasn't been created yet
