Use zotero streaming api to update items on the fly.

Hello,

im trying to reduce the time it takes to sync and one of the possibilies is to use zotero streaming api to recieve notificanos of the changes as soon as they are avaliable.

Do u know any library that integrates with it?
How can i go about updating a single entry on kerko?
is it even possible?

also how abou using the new local api?? i made some tests and looks like a full sync with the fulltext off,
the sync only fails when trying to generate the atom feed(i wasnot able to disable it at this time).
