How can I use the whid if my target device is in other language than english?

So, I have a payload that uses english but my target machine uses russian, when I type something, it types in russian characters. Is there a way I can change the language or maybe make the whid input english characters?

I'm looking for it too, mine is french, so payloads aren't working, PowerShell for example is pozershell in azerty
