I've been searching for something like this for a long time now and tried using this extension for usage with Confluence. Currently there is the markdown export, which can be used in Confluence. BUT Confluence doesn't support embedded base64 images in markdown. My Idea would be to speak to the Confluence API per user TOKEN. One could then select the Page and Space they want (or create a new Page) and then export the images and the text per API to this page.

I'm currently trying to get this working, so suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated

Hey, thanks for looking into this. No suggestions from my side at the moment, I haven't used confluence this way before.
