Welcome to the SAP CAP Product Service repository. This project is a reference implementation using SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model.

To set up and run the project locally, follow these steps:

Download or Clone the Repository
git clone https://github.com/wguedex/sap-cap-productservice.git cd sap-cap-productservice

Install Dependencies
npm install

Run the Application

cds watch
- Alternatively, in VS Code, choose: Terminal > Run Task > cds watch

The db/
folder contains scripts for setting up the database schema. You can find multiple DDL scripts (DDL_Script1 to DDL_Script8) that define various parts of the database.
For development, you can use the VS Code setup provided in the .vscode
folder.
