Suggestion:

  • PRESS and HOLD ENCODER on MC while turning knob on MD / MM to assign controller.

Would make much more sense than serially stepping through encoders to assign. Also, how about two or three pages with same behaviour accessable via CLICK on lower left + upper/lower right buttons? Would give 12 unique, fully assignable controllers total. Takers?

yes that behaviour makes sense. the current one makes a lot of sense to me as well, but i see how that can be confusing. the multiple pages were there, there were actually 32 assignable controllers (!). I'm still reorganizing, so I'm queueing this. thanks!

The problem with this is that I can't differentiate between CCs that are sent by the MNM Sequencer, and those that are actually trigger by the user recording. Don't really know how to handle this, except make sure that the user doesn't turn other encoders during that time. Which makes sense too.
