gender handling

We have excellent coverage of gender in the MP database. There is currently exactly one NA which turns out to be a trans person. The gender is specified in wikidata which means we don't handle non-binary values well / at all.

Wikidata allows these values in P21: male (Q6581097), female (Q6581072), intersex (Q1097630), transgender female (Q1052281), transgender male (Q2449503)

Decide on how and implement better handling inclusivity with gender.
