Duplicate Data

It seems like there's duplicate data in some places. Here for instance, the same interpellation is regestered 7 times in the protocols.

I suspect it has to do with the same TOC used for multiple protocols and/or a single document that contains several days worth of protocols multiplied, once for each day.

Ideally there should be no duplicated data

• check how extensive this problem is
• fix
