Handling of test protocols

Apparently we have test records in the corpus now, eg
prot-1909----reg-02.xml',
'prot-197677--.xml',
'prot-197778--.xml',

we should decide what to do with these. I guess movibg them to a test folder? Or are they real records?

I think @lottabrorson told me these are test files -- probably we can delete them or move them out of corpus/protocols/
