Make the corpus more findable

To further simplify for researchers, we should make the corpus more findable for other researchers and users. There are two things we can do to simplify this further:

• Automatically add an DOI to the corpus with each new release
• Add the data to DIGGs open data portal: https://www.dataportal.se/
• Add the data to Svensk Nationell Datatjänst https://snd.gu.se/
