Just curious what the rationale is for the default of set.dr.lims = FALSE in the plotGene function? Seems like it would be more logical to have it return TRUE so that plots are more comparable across datasets. Doesn't usually cause issue with overall clustering but often in my subclustering plot appearances can shift a lot depending on clusters present.
