'BrowserNotSupported' alert on IE10+ #180

I'm using Browserstack, not sure if that is a factor or if their browser is somehow not seen as actual IE11, but this plugin is said to support IE10+ but it throws this error on IE10 and IE11.

Help please?

update: have tested on 'actual' IE 11 and still get that error alert.
