Language

The implementation should support multiple languages, either with library locale imports or the built-in Intl.DurationFormat + polyfill.

Context

Relative dates and duration is particularly important to understand in the context of crawls and crawl workflows, as noted by @dcgomes. The crawl workflow list should show dates relative to the crawl state time and the full date in the workflow detail page.
