Cookies - Opt-In #22

Even though ginger setting is set to Opt-In, I get wpml_referer_url and _icl_current_language cookies.

WooCommerce builds its cookies aswell (wp_woocommerce_session_..., woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash)
