Build script does not commit the dist lib

I have to check why the build script does not commit changes when push on master branch. It works normally on jsartoolkitNFT see build.

That is not solved, sometimes tha ction build the distribution file and make the commit and other times not, I have not yet undrestood why.

But the github action make the commit with the build files in this commit e6f9e0d
