Changing course name creates junk leftover courses

I had our IT folks connect the workout integration (or whatever it's called to enable direct connections to the course) and then shortly thereafter changed the course name, for obvious reasons.

This seems to have recreated the course with the new name and left the old one, but added null to it:

so the system seems to be using a course name/id not associated with a database key, which means that as this course name changes, the links will break.

I've not actually been to a school before that allowed this type of change so liberally (i.e. i can request anything) so i'm not sure how big a deal it is- but i also find no easy way to get rid of the leftover course. Some kind of delete/manage option would be awesome.
