Extend indexer-security-init.sh script capabilities

Hello team,

I'm opening this issue because we observed the indexer-security-init.sh doesn't include the same options as the equivalent in OpenSearch: https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/security-plugin/configuration/security-admin/

In this case, it would be useful to have the same options as there are some useful capabilities such as recreating the security index with new certificates.
