Wazuh API is not parsing properly some group files

Copy this sample file from oscap to some group:

# cp /var/ossec/wodles/oscap/content/ssg-fedora-24-ds.xml /var/ossec/etc/shared/staging/

Change owner:group

# chown ossec:ossec /var/ossec/etc/shared/staging/ssg-fedora-24-ds.xml 

The API is not showing its content

# curl foo:bar@localhost:55000/agentsttyoups/staging/files/ssg-fedora-24-ds.xml?pre
