参数个数不一样

原始中有两个参数：正则化系数lambda和锚点数m，[Improved version]和https://github.com/wangsiwei2010/SPMVC-CAG/blob/main/missingalgo_qp.m中都可以作为实现的参考。不同的优化目标和变量不同（视图共享/视图独立），都可以很容易的设计。
