Add Console Clear Feature to Cairo VM Playground

Currently, the console output accumulates, which can become cluttered during multiple runs or debugging sessions. A simple "Clear Console" button or command would resolve this issue.

The attached image shows the current console output area, where such a feature could be implemented.

This enhancement would align the Cairo VM Playground more closely with other online coding tools and provide a cleaner workspace for developers.
