Add color coding in drop down

+1 to the colors in the report per #93

Now, it would be nice to have the colors also in the Results drop-downs. :-)

I think that would require building a custom drop-down widget, which is potentially quite a bit of work. If so, then I suggest having this be "future enhancement" (also given the "low priority" label).

I would love to have and build this.

Some folks are, to my excitement, working on bringing <select> styleability to HTML/CSS. But until that, it is sadly a lot of work as we need to build one out of divs, and deal with things like edges of browser windows, touch support, etc.

Anyway, I'll add a label to this issue for wishlist priority.
