EPUB Distributable Objects 1.0 is a draft spec from 2015.

Are there any implementations?

I suppose we should talk about the two Scriptable Components drafts in the same issue:

EPUB Scriptable Components 1.0

EPUB Scriptable Components Packaging and Integration 1.0
