I believe that within meeting rooms, enforcement of the health rules is the responsibility of the group chair, backed up by the Team if necessary. This should be stated visibly to all participants (not just to chairs) in the TPAC health rules, so that if someone needs to request enforcement of some rule that some other participant has not followed, they know who to turn to.
Outside of meeting rooms, is anyone in particular in charge of enforcing the rules? I presume this is the responsibility of the Team (or possibly of the Hotel staff, though I doubt it), but I wonder if it's up to anyone in the team, or if some people will have that specific responsibility. Again, this is important that everyone knows it, not just the people who're in charge of doing the enforcement, so that participants know who to turn to if necessary. Please include that information in the TPAC health rules.

We will hold early September a training session among the team about health rules. Also we will have Team representatives in case we have issues with the rules enforcement. We'll add the info on the health rules page. The quickest way to warn us of any issue arising if no team member is around, would be to use the irc channel #tpac-help.
