[Feature request]: Change minimum window size

Suggestion

Currently, the minimum window size is fixed at 640x390, but I would like to be able to reduce it to a smaller size (e.g. free size or 480x272, 320x180, etc.). I often watch web streaming broadcasts at the top of my laptop monitor, but my monitor is not large, so I want to view it with a small window, but there is no way to do so because the minimum size is fixed.
