3 hours ago typescript-eslint 8.16.0 came out, which supports linting TypeScript 5.7 code
this pr bumps both eslint configs to use typescript-eslint that supports ts 5.7, then changes the workspace typescript version from ts 5.6 to 5.7
also remove unused webpack-bundle-analyzer package
