[Feature Request] Add ability to disable Code Folding.

I'm personally not a fan of cold folding, so I'd like to be able to disable it in the LESS editor. Unfortunately, the "Enable folding" setting in General -> Editors -> Structured Text Editors doesn't appear to affect the LESS editor. Checked or unchecked, code folding reamins enabled.

I would very much like for that setting to be respected by LESS Editor.
