[Core] Improve error message when write fails to a crashed downstream block

Currently blocks raise the somewhat cryptic error Block runtime error: ./radio/core/pipe.lua:199: write(): Connection reset by peer, when writing to an abruptly terminated downstream block. This error should be improved to provide a more useful description and additional context.
