Today when I log in, after my Mac ran an update last night, and I get this error message when opening Lightroom Classic CC 7.0.1.

It had been working yesterday, prior to the MacOS update. Can anyone help me with this?

../Build/VSCOKeys.lrplugin/json.lua:525: ../Build/VSCOKeys.lrplugin/json.lua:240: can't parse JSON at char 1 of: Upgrade Required

What macOS version do you have? (10.13.1 here)

10.13.1 @benny-danny

Is yours working in Lightroom Classic CC still?

@sharonki yes, on both my iMac and Macbook Pro (LR CC 7.0.1)

I'm glad yours is working. Do you have any idea what my error message means or how I might go about fixing it? I am also running LR CC 7.0.1.

@sharonki sorry, no clue... but three days ago it stopped working. I've uninstalled it, and installed again, give the right permissions again, and everything is fine.

Thanks anyway. The same was true for me, until this morning when it quit working after giving me this error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling VSCOKeys plugin again, but with no luck.

Hey @sharonki, did by any chance have custom keymaps for VSCO Keys, in your own .keysjsons file? if so, could you attach that file here for me to check out?

@cajames Thanks so much for your response. I actually did not have a custom keymap .. I'm not even tech savvy enough to know how to find those files. I'm sorry :/

@sharonki no worries at all. I'm sorry this install process isn't very friendly. Could you please retry the steps I've just outlined in the other issue in response to another question, and let me know how it goes.
