This change happended in #499. Please take a look at the PR for details.

So to be clear: after this change there is no longer a way to create leader-follower resources using this module? What used to be named a multistate resource and is now named a promotable clone?
I don't see any changes to the clone provider that would enable me to specify promotable and indicate promoted-max and promoted-node-max clone options.
