AFAICS we can use the semantic distance between job descriptions to find similar jobs.

POC distance between jobs
Determine if this should be done on the fly or saved in an extra table
Update data on adding of new jobs, or schedule a job to do so
Add a "show similar jobs" (or the like) suggestion to job cards
