In the scenario here the create organization fails in the first attempt and the button Create Organization is pressed again the result is an error that should be caugjt instead and continue the process

It is not an actual issue that the address is funded already!

@lucasmenendez this error is beacuse the account contacts twice el faucet.
Is this error, that comes originally from vocdoni-node, returnred from the org creation in the backend?
