Server acts as a recording proxy before sending the stream on to OBS Browser Source (so no further p2p connection is needed outgoing from the speaker).
Usually the limiting factor is the upload bandwidth at the speakers end, so proxying the Stream and recording the stream server side allows for more bandwith for the single stream, instead of having only half the bandwidth available per stream.
