College Cloud edition relook

This issue is a repository of the modifications to the College Cloud Edition(CCE), designed and developed by the VLEAD.
Improving the existing College Cloud edition - The college cloud edition developed and piloted in various workshops done since January 2017 is under review and changes in various aspects of design and deployment are being discussed.
The CCE is piloted in workshops in 4 colleges and the results are inputs to the modification effort.
Pilots have been done at the following colleges and their reports are available :
GMRIT
Matrusri Engineering College
MJCET
Vardhaman College of Engineering

On 17th April 2017, with the immediate target of the visit of Prof Venkatesh and team, the difficulties seen in the deployments in the pilots listed above were reviewed. The need for providing larger resources was felt and some immediate action items were identified and noted in the MoM

The following laptop options were identified for immediate procurement

   These are to be studied and specs finalized by 18.4.2017. Procurement is to be done in 1 week.
