Possibilty to (force)reset app

Some 2 years ago a consultant entered 2 of our apps with authorization but we never started using Object Ninja.
At this point we would like to but for these apps we cannot, it would be great if these can be "reset" so we can start using it again.

On use we get:
"Cannot communicate with the back-end API. Your app authorization key may be missing or wrong, or your API key may be misconfigured."

On deauthorize we get:
"You cannot deauthorize app [appName] (in folder [folder]) because it is not authorized."

On authorize we get:
"Application [appName] (in folder [folder]) is already authorized. You must first deauthorize it if you want to authorize it again."
