Describe the bug
The event that is created when replying to a nip22 comment does not set the p-tag of the parent and therefore does not notify the author.

To Reproduce

  1. Open nevent1qqsxwn6gq5tg7640p4xxkjpj8ek6qzkrlkwckwp5rgvye6wu2sfk58qzyrjrxmx4yh0hn7jd8tekflvkqr2tzrwwgg265npna4m75zzzx393qqcyqqqqg4cd33mxc or any other nip22 comment
  2. Reply something
  3. Check the event json of the reply you just created
  4. Notice lack of p-tag

Expected behavior
Set p-tag of parent to notify its author
