Add 2022 thesis assets and refactor for consistency

Agenda

• Add data 2022 thesis data from the thesis microsite: https://github.com/visualizedata/thesis-2022/blob/main/data/data.json
  to projects.json in the archive repo https://github.com/visualizedata/archive/blob/testing/src/projects.json
• Download each external thesis preview.png image into https://github.com/visualizedata/archive/tree/testing/src/assets/images and update projects.json accordingly
• Move .mp4 videos from here https://github.com/visualizedata/archive/tree/testing/assets/media to https://github.com/visualizedata/archive/tree/testing/src/assets/media and update projects.json accordingly
• Download each external thesis demo.mp4 video into https://github.com/visualizedata/archive/tree/testing/src/assets/media, rename with this pattern EllieFrymire_2018.mp4, and update projects.json path and video name accordingly

Notes

Video-related changes

• All locally hosted videos have been moved or added to this location ./src/assets/media/

• File changes: convert Nic Stark's mov to mp4; compress Baihan Lin's video to avoid git LFS

• In package.json, the video path now is the video name only, e.g. MollyCook_2022.mp4

• In Projects.vue, made a few edits to show videos using the correct path.

For 2022 Data

• Need to collect the 2022 cohort's portfolio links and Update portfolio in projects.json

• Each student's tags are currently determined by the keynote theme

  • e.g. "Climate and Environment" -> tags: [climate, environment]
