VF Blocks: vf-page-header (Out of sync & Documentation)

• Add vf-page-header to figma
  From the review done for the vf-block components,%20it%20was%20discovered%20that%20the%20[vf-article-meta-info) it was observed that the vf-page-header component is not in the figma library. Add this component to the component library in figma.

• Add documentation to the vf-page-header
  The vf-page-header on the live site currently has no documentation available. Create and add documentation for the vf-page-header component.
