[Feature Request]: Add a toggle button

Feature Description

I want to add a toggle button which will appear for small pages. It will contains all the options of the navbar.

Use Case

User will be benefited so much in case of small pages. Otherwise user can not change pages ,it will not be a good user experience.

like this navbar disappear in small pages.Please assign this task to me, I am quite experienced in it, I can develop the button .
