[Feature Request]: Positioning and styling the scroll to top button in all pages

Feature DescriptiThe scroll to top button position and style is different in some pages. This can create a non-user friendly experience. We can correct it by positioning it at the bottom right in all pages. I will style it with a font awesome icon.

Use Case

Conventionally the scroll to top buttom is present at the bottom right of a webpage. This creates a better UI/UX.
