What happened?

In Ambulance tracking system site when i click on GET STARTED button, then the page is not opening . it is showing the Error 404(File not found). so i want to add a page in which while clicking on GET STARTED button it will show me the buttons of accessing the features of this site and a very improved UI.
Please assign me this issue under the labels of Gssoc-extd, hacktoberfest, hacktoberfest-accepted and relevant level.
